Q: WHAT IS HALO TICKETS?
A: Halo Tickets is a Christian e-ticketing and event management company.
Q: HOW DO I PURCHASE MY TICKET/S?
A: Purchasing your ticket is as simple as following these 4 steps!
          1. Select your product and click ‘Add to Cart’.
          2. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
          3. Select the ‘Terms & Conditions’ checkbox.
          4. Make your payment (We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal).
Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY TICKET/S?
A: At Halo we don’t mail out tickets but rather make them available for you to download from your online account, downloading your tickets is easy and can be done on the run from your mobile phone, ipad, friends house or laptop. To download your tickets simply follow these steps;
          1. Click the Ticket Icon on the top menu.

Q: WHAT IS GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING?
A: The best way to describe General Admission seating is to call it, ‘first in first served’ which means there are no specifically allocated seats for this event but rather you choose your own seat upon entering the venue (i.e. the first person in line has the best chance of sitting in the front row). One of the overwhelming positives about General Admission events is that you and you friends can all buy their tickets separately but providing you arrive at the same time you can all sit together!
Q: HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
A: Processing times may vary depending on your payment method, as a rough guide you can expect Credit Card payments to be processed immediately through our secure payment gateway, PayPal payments can take up to 24hrs to process and Direct Deposits can take 3-5 business days to clear.
Q: DOES HALO MAIL ME MY TICKETS?
A: At Halo we don’t actually mail out the tickets but rather make them available for you to download from your online account, we’ve chosen to do this to stop things going missing in the post. It also means that if you misplace your tickets between the time you purchase them and the event you can go back and grab them anytime. Q: CAN I GET A REFUND?
A: You’re more than welcome to obtain a refund for any of the Halo branded events (i.e. HaloSessions). However, for any of the other events we’re selling ticket for the refund policy will be up to the promoter, and in this case we will clearly state the appropriate policy on each of the product pages.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT METHODS DOES HALO ACCEPT?
A: We accept VISA, Mastercard and PayPal.
